Gutzy Gear Back to School Event #PayingitforwardisGutzy

I was lucky enough to participate in the Paying it Forward is Gutzy Event sponsored by Gutzy Gear and powered by Madame Deals Media!

I was given $25 to buy a backpack and fill it with school supplies. I have been posting many deals on school supplies lately and was really excited to see how far my $25 would go. Last week there were some awesome sales so I made out like a bandit!

Receipts from Backpack Trip

As you can see, the best prices are spread out at different stores so my 2 year old and I shopped them all. We had lots of fun. She took particular interest in the backpack and the calculator. I had to hide the backpack because she was so sad yesterday when I put the school supplies in it and it was too heavy for her to lift.

Gutzy Gear is also providing gutzies for the backpack. As soon as I receive them, I will be giving the backpack to one of the elementary school teachers to take to the school for a student who needs it.

I have to say a big thank you to Gutzy Gear and Madame Deals Media for this event.
