During the month of October, JCPenney salon services will give FREE haircuts to breast cancer survivors in honor of breast cancer awareness. Plus, they will donate $1 per haircut for the first 50,000 haircuts to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation!

Also, starting on November 4th, JC Penney salons will be bringing back the FREE haircuts for kids on Sundays.
