Crockpot Pork Roast Recipe

A pork roast is one of the easiest things you can cook in the crockpot (at least in my opinion). Pork is also cheap. I can get a pork butt that would be perfect for this recipe for under $1.49 a pound. Then just add some seasoning and vegetables and let it cook! I use dry onion soup mix for seasoning for this recipe. I also used a small roast since it only had to feed my husband and me.
